submitted by Comanicasha J. - |Recommended: YesNot the same — This community is not the same. The quality of tenants moving onto the property have gone down tremendously. There is always noise, noise, noise with loud car systems all times of the day, residents yelling, pet owners allowing their dogs to poop anywhere, and most of all a lot of trash everywhere. Trash is a huge issue. It looks unkept. There has been a lot of turnover with staff and it’s hard to build relationships with new people who are not the most approachable. It would be nice to have the old Sequoia or Frankford Springs back. It used to be a very clean and high quality property. I miss that.

In 20 minutes I can be at the Frisco Star, Shops at Legacy, Addison improv etc. I love it

They charge for everything even shit you don’t even require just nickel and dime you for everything and even cheat you out your deposit at the end. Water has been linking for months outside of building 8 and we are having to pay for it. I will never recommend anyone, trash pails up daily at the trash dumpster and entire complex is starting to look like the trash dumpster.

submitted by Jeanette M. - |Recommended: YesNot worth your money and my rent was increased after i was given a written offer. — Presently, I'm very unhappy with my experience of living here since Oct. 4th. Every other day I have to send through a work order for the same problems that have not been resolved. This has been a miserable experience for me and the worst experience I have had so far in the 40 years of living in apartments. No, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

submitted by Ashley G. - |Recommended: NoAdvenir — So-so, it has its ups and downs, though I'd prefer the downs not exist with how pricey it is to live here. Faulty appliances, fickle gates, thin walls, and lack os staff.

submitted by Kinh H. - |Recommended: YesYour car will be towed for no reason and you will have to pay for it — My car got towed 2 times already for no clear reason. I called the front office and they do not reply to to my calls. The staff here is terrible and do not care about the residents that live here. I will not be renewing my contract and will be talking to my legal team about my car being towed for no reason. You know its a terrible property when you cant park your car and it not being there when you wake up.

The property is well kept with an amazing maintenance team Bud Reynolds who gets work request done immediately. The staff are great and willing to help any way possible. If your looking for a place to call home this is the place.
